Iryna Taran

Iryna Taran – Candidate of Arts, Associate Professor of the Department of Methods of Music Education and Conducting. She defended her dissertation ‘Aesthetic Education of Junior Schoolchildren on Folk Music Traditions’ in 1994, supervised by Yurii Yevhenovych Yutsevych (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Aesthetic Education of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine). Member of the editorial board of the collection of student research papers ‘Eureka’; secretary of the art history section of the university’s student reporting and scientific conference.
